3 and 5-axis machining center

The Belotti work centers of the Gemini series are the result of the long experience achieved in over 30 years of activity in the production of machines for milling plastics, composite materials and resins. The structure of the work center, with fixed bridge and moving tables, consists of a rigid base in welded steel subjected to heat treatment for greater stability. The longitudinal movement X, with rack pinion system, is obtained by moving from right to left of the carriage Z, where it houses the ball recirculating screw which moves the vertical axis (Z axis). The transversal movements (Y and V axes) obtained with recirculating ball screws manage the work tables, independent from each other, with high precision movement systems.
